Wok main oil smoke kar garlic saute kar onion add kare bhune phir ginger dale bhune salt and red chilli powder dal kar bhune
Cooker ka lid nikal kar 2sp kala masala mix kar cooker ko 5 minute ke liye lid laga kar aise hi rakh de gas par nahi rakha hai after 5 minutes ke baad cooker ko khol kar
chana ko masala main dal kar 2 minutes tak mix kar vapis cooker main dal kar jitni aap ko gravy rakhni ho water add kar 2 whistle lagwa kar enjoy kare with peas pulao.
Note...Is chana main haldi,tomato and green coriander nahi dalta.
To make a chana kala masala:Kasuri methi ko chorh kar baki sab masala ko dry roast kar kala kar le

To make Peas pulao(without oil):Rice ko half hour ke liye soak kare.
